My cat turned into a blurry potato on my 'professional' photo day
I spent like 40 bucks on a pet photographer last month in Portland, thinking I'd get this majestic shot of my tabby, Mittens. She sat still for maybe 2 seconds, then whipped her head around to stare at a fly on the wall, and the camera caught her mid-twist with her eyes all crossed and tongue half out. The photographer tried to recover by saying 'cats have a mind of their own' but we both knew that was the best shot of the whole hour. I ended up buying a digital copy just because it makes me laugh every time I look at it on my phone. The weirdest part is that her body stayed perfectly posed, but her face looked like a floppy potato with ears. Has anyone else paid for a pet photo and gotten a hilarious fail instead of a nice portrait?
