Finally got my cat to sit still for a photo after 3 months of trying, and he just yawned right as I clicked.

I spent last Tuesday morning setting up the perfect lighting and treats on the living room floor, and the only shot I got was a blurry orange blob with one half-closed eye looking like a furry gremlin, has anyone else had to accept their pet's true chaotic nature?

Used to think I just needed to be more patient with my cat. Three years later and I've accepted that every photo is just gonna be a weird blurry masterpiece.

Figure you've got a whole folder labeled 'art' and it's 90% blurry cat blobs too huh @park.iris? lmao. Three years is long enough to know the truth, some cats just got a personal vendetta against cameras. They know exactly when you're trying to get a good shot and they pick that moment to sneeze or turn into a liquid puddle. What's the best blurry masterpiece you've captured so far, the one where it looks like a flying fur missile or the one where they're just a vague shape in a sunbeam? I've got one of my orange tabby that looks like a potato with legs and it's honestly my favorite picture ever.
