Finally tried that advice from a Reddit rando about retargeting ads and it actually worked

Some guy on a thread 6 months ago said to cap frequency at 3 per week and raise the bid for high intent audiences, and after 2 weeks my cost per lead dropped from $45 to $28 with the same budget, has anyone else had luck ignoring the usual best practices for something a stranger swore by?

Ha, funny how the weirdest forum tips end up being the real gold sometimes. I heard someone say frequency caps are the only "rule" that's actually worth breaking.

Nah, I gotta push back on that a bit. Frequency caps are one of the few things I actually stick to, burning through your whole budget in an hour is a waste.
