A lesson learned from ignoring my posture during a long haul repair
I was replacing seals on an inboard motor, hunched over for hours. The next morning, I could barely turn my head. It took physical therapy to get back to normal. Let's all remember to take micro-breaks and maintain good form. Your body will thank you later.

Man, this hits home. Last month I was troubleshooting a network issue for like six hours straight, glued to my screen. Woke up the next day with my shoulders in knots, couldn't look left without wincing lol. Had to do a bunch of stretching and even considered a chiropractor visit. Now I set a timer for every 30 minutes to stand up and walk around, no exceptions. It's crazy how easy it is to forget your body until it starts screaming at you.

Ever notice how the pain sneaks up on you in tiny stages instead of all at once? Like you'll feel a little tight but think "it's fine," then two hours later you're locked up like a rusty hinge. Our brains are SO good at tuning out the body's whispers until it's full-on yelling. Setting that hard timer like you did is genius because it fights that urge to just push through. I'm trying to be better about listening to the small aches before they turn into a whole thing.

My trainer swears by dynamic stretching instead of static breaks during long sessions. I've skipped the timer method and just tune into when my neck gets stiff, works way better for me. Honestly, the constant interrupting would kill my productivity lol.
