That one comment about my wifi setup in Medellin stung but fixed my workflow
Some random guy at Selina in Medellin told me I was stupid for running my business off hotel wifi after I dropped a Zoom call for the 3rd time. I was mad for a second then realized he was right lol. Bought a $45 local SIM card with unlimited data the next day and haven't dropped a single call since. Anyone else get roasted by a stranger and actually came out better for it?

Getting roasted by a stranger is basically a free business consultation (whether you asked for it or not). Nothing like a little public humiliation to fix your workflow, right? I bet that guy felt like a genius after you took his advice.

Read somewhere that most people actually take anonymous criticism way more seriously than feedback from someone they know. Funny how a blunt comment from a total stranger can hit harder than anything your coworkers or friends ever say. No wonder people act like they're doing you a favor when they roast your business.
