Swapped my Bali co-working space for a local warung and my output doubled
I spent 3 months at a fancy co-working spot in Canggu paying $200 a month and honestly got nothing done. Too many people wanting to network or grab coffee. Last week I started working from a warung near Berawa Beach that has solid wifi and charges $3 for a full day of nasi goreng and coffee. Has anyone else found that cheaper, less "official" spots actually work better for focus?

My buddy found the same thing in Ubud - he was paying like $250 a month at some co-work and switched to a random kopi shop near his homestay and finally finished his app. The networking trap is real.

That's the thing about those co-work spots. You're paying for a vibe, not productivity.
