Heard a guy in a Lisbon cafe say he only stays in a city for two weeks max

I mean, he was arguing that anything longer kills the 'nomad' vibe and you just become a tourist with a laptop. But idk, I feel like you need at least a month to actually settle into a rhythm and get decent work done. What's your sweet spot for staying in one place?

Ever notice how people do this with everything now? Like they're scared to actually settle into a place or a hobby. Two weeks just feels like you're always packing, lol.

Totally agree with @willowc60, it's like a weird flex to never get comfortable anywhere. Two weeks is just a long vacation, you barely learn where the good grocery store is.

Had a buddy who did the whole nomad thing and ended up missing his sister's wedding.
