Had a client tell me my writing sounded like a robot and it stung but helped
I was doing client work from a hostel in Medellin last month and one of them straight up said my blog posts read like a corporate brochure. I was honestly kind of mad for a day but then I reread my stuff and yeah they were right. So I started writing like I talk and actually saying things that sound weird or casual on purpose. Has anyone else had a client give feedback that felt harsh at first but totally changed how you work?
