Wait, they said that in Medellin" is exactly what got me too. Honestly, I always figured people in places like that were more laid back about communication. But nope, everyone everywhere wants short emails now. Tbh it makes sense when you think about it, nobody has time to read a novel in their inbox. Ngl I've started applying that same rule to every client no matter where they are, and it's saved me so much time.
