Update: my drywall crew and I finished a flip in Reno and the inspection passed first try
Three months ago this place was a total mess. Brown water stains on every ceiling, carpet glued to the slab, a wall that was somehow 3 inches out of plumb. My guy Marcus kept saying just patch it and paint it, but we ripped everything down to the studs anyway. Turns out the "load bearing" wall the seller bragged about was two 2x4s and a prayer. Cost us $4,200 extra and two weeks. Now the place looks brand new. Anyone else had a seller straight up lie about structural stuff?
