Two framing crews in my area swear the other one is nuts on joist hangers and I'm stuck in the middle
Crew A nails the hangers on before they set the joists, Crew B sets the joists first and hangers go on after. I've subbed for both on jobs in Naperville and neither one has failed an inspection in 4 years, so why does each guy call the other one a hack? Somebody tell me which way you actually run it on your own jobs.
