Spent $250 on a job site radio that got soaked and died

Bought a heavy duty radio for a big outdoor concrete pour last month, thought it could handle anything. Left it out overnight and a surprise storm rolled through, water got into the charging port. Now it just makes a weird buzzing sound and won't turn on. Anyone know a truly waterproof brand that can survive getting left outside?

Wait, they actually tried to blame condensation instead of water damage? That feels like a new low for warranty BS honestly.
