One homeowner's comment about my work van stuck with me for years

Tbh I still think about this lady in Tacoma from like 2018. I was packing up after a tile job in her laundry room and she said my truck looked like a rolling junk drawer, but in a good way. She meant every tool had a story and a spot, and I'd never heard someone get that before. Has anyone else had a client say something that made you see your own work different?
