One homeowner's comment about my work van stuck with me for years
Tbh I still think about this lady in Tacoma from like 2018. I was packing up after a tile job in her laundry room and she said my truck looked like a rolling junk drawer, but in a good way. She meant every tool had a story and a spot, and I'd never heard someone get that before. Has anyone else had a client say something that made you see your own work different?

Ever notice how the best compliments come from people who actually look close instead of just saying "nice work"? She saw the story in your setup, that's rare.
