Got a nasty surprise when I opened up a ceiling panel at the old Harrison building remodel
Pulled down a drop ceiling tile to run some new conduit and found a massive leak staining the whole subfloor above me. Anyone else ever discover hidden water damage mid-project that totally threw off your timeline?

Ha! Guess that subfloor wanted to be a waterfall feature before you rewired it.

Doesn't it feel like every project has that one thing hiding behind something else? I notice it with everything lately, like my car needing new brakes and then finding out the rotors are shot too. Just how stuff works. Hope you can dry that out without too much of a headache.
