A pleasant surprise with a client's prep work this week

I've been noticing clients are more careful with material lists lately. On my last job, the homeowner had everything we needed already on site. Is this a new trend, or am I just having a good run?

Yeah that "good run" feeling is nice. I started sending a super clear checklist a week before, and it cut down on missing stuff a lot.
