Hold up, they're already buying all the lean meat before the gym even opens its doors? lol that's wild. What's the logic, stocking the fridge first as some kind of promise to themselves? I'd expect the rush to start after the first brutal workout, not before they even sign the form.

You sure that's from the new gym? In my experience, the resolution crowd hits the lean meat section hard right after New Year's Day, not when a gym actually opens. Their plans usually fizzle out before the gym's membership desk is even fully set up. It makes ordering a real guess whether this demand will last through February.
