Used to swear by mustard-based sauces, now I'm team vinegar
For like 5 years I was all about that yellow mustard stuff on pulled pork, thought it was the only real Carolina style. Then I tried a proper vinegar-pepper sauce at a spot in Lexington last summer and it totally flipped me. Has anyone else had a sauce preference change that drastic out of nowhere?

Aw man @casey_ward51 you're speaking the truth. I used to hate pickles with a passion, like would pick them off every burger. Now I'll eat them straight out of the jar. Funny how that works.
