Told a guy I'd fix his fade for free and his kid walked in halfway through

I was 20 minutes into cleaning up this 8 year old's bowl cut at my shop on 5th when his dad mentioned the kid had a school picture the next morning. Halfway through the fade the kid sneezed and knocked my clippers into the cape, so I had to even out a bald patch above his left ear. Ended up giving him a #2 all around and he loved it, but does anyone keep a spare cape clip on hand for stuff like this?
