That guy who asked for a 'triangle fade' last Tuesday
A kid maybe 19 sits in my chair at the shop in Austin, shows me a pic on his phone of some weird geometric pattern on the side of his head. I spent 20 mins trying to figure out what he meant by 'triangle fade' before he just said 'never mind, give me a 2 on top.' Has anyone else had a customer describe a cut that straight up doesn't exist?

Is it really that serious though, he just wanted a simple haircut in the end.

Tara, you're missing the point. That guy didn't just want a simple haircut. He made a huge deal out of it online, clapped back at everyone, and treated the barber like crap. Simple isn't the same as being rude and wasting people's time. The barber has every right to be annoyed when someone walks in with a huge attitude over something that basic. Respect works both ways, even for a haircut.
