Saw something smart at a shop in Portland last week

I was visiting a friend who works at a barbershop on Hawthorne in Portland. He uses these magnetic strips on his station wall for his clipper guards instead of a drawer. Keeps them organized and easy to grab mid cut. Anyone else try this or have a better system for guard storage?

Is it really that serious for a few clipper guards?

Wait, how well do those magnetic strips actually hold the guards? I've thought about trying something similar but I worry about them falling off mid cut or getting knocked loose when you grab a different guard. A buddy of mine uses a pegboard with little hooks and it works pretty good too, keeps everything spaced out so you can see what you need at a glance. The only downside is you gotta drill holes or use adhesive strips that might not stick to a textured wall. The magnetic way sounds smarter since it's zero mess and you can rearrange them however you want without tools.
