Barbers used to apprentice for years. Now some learn in months. I'm not sure what we lost in the process.

Oh man, I get it. You see a picture from like 1998 and the haircut is just objectively bad. The problem is we forget how we felt back then. We remember the good times, not the weird triangle of bangs.
