Spent $80 on a fancy Danish dough whisk and it's just a weird wire stick

Saw all the hype online about how it changes your dough game, but honestly my hands work better and now it's just sitting in my drawer. Anyone else fall for a random baking tool that didn't deliver?

Oh man, I feel this so hard. I bought one of those $60 Danish dough whisks too after seeing every sourdough influencer raving about it. My first time using it I nearly poked myself in the eye trying to mix a stiff dough, now it lives in the back of my drawer next to a silicone rolling pin that doesn't actually roll anything. I swear half the appeal of these tools is just the aesthetic of having them on your counter for Instagram photos. At least I can tell myself it looks cute even if it's useless for actual baking. Did you end up finding any creative use for yours?
