Man, nice! I swear my yeast just gives up halfway through most times, like it's judging me. So yeah, take all the credit, you definitely outsmarted the dough.

Bread rising is one of those kitchen things that never seems to work right. I've wasted so much yeast trying to get it right. Every failed loaf feels like a personal insult. But when it rises, it's the best feeling in the world. Taking full credit is the only way to go. You earned that win with all your hard work.

That "personal insult" line is so real. My friend actually cried last week when her dough stayed flat, then bragged for days when it finally puffed up.
