Question about scaling recipes with a digital scale
Switched from measuring cups to a $20 scale for my sourdough and the dough feels way more consistent, but my hydration percentages still come out wrong half the time - anyone got a cheat sheet for converting cup measurements to grams?

Oh man I feel this so hard. I switched to a scale like six months ago and I still mess up hydration like half the time. I keep forgetting that different flours weigh different amounts so 1 cup of bread flour is not the same as 1 cup of all purpose.
