Pro tip: skip those cheap silicone baking mats from the dollar store
I bought a 3 pack for $5 and after 2 bakes they were all warped and sliding around, plus my cookies spread way too thin. Has anyone else had better luck with a specific brand that actually stays flat?

Yeah mine turned into wavy frisbees after one use.

Did you try preheating them in the oven first? I always forget to do that and mine end up looking like melted records.
