A small victory with my cinnamon rolls this morning.
They were always too dense before. This batch is light and fluffy, and the icing set just right.

My buddy attempted those same recipes last week. His first batch was bricks, but now they're cloud-like.

Oh man, I totally get that. I found letting the dough rest longer made all the difference, like @taragibson's buddy learned. It just needs that extra time to puff up properly. You'll get those clouds.
