The 2005 Civic that went from a quiet ride to a full concert in two weeks

A customer brought in their Civic last month for a simple oil change. When it came back two weeks later, the whole car was shaking and the radio was stuck on a country station at max volume. Turns out their kid had wired a new sound system into the dash and crossed the speaker lines with the power antenna feed. It took me three hours to trace the bad splice behind the glove box. Has anyone else had a simple job come back with a wild new problem because of a home fix?
