That $40 brake bleeder kit was a total waste of cash

Bought a cheap vacuum bleeder from an auto parts store in Denver last month. Worked okay for one job, then the o-ring blew out and it wouldn't hold any suction. Anyone had better luck with the pressure-style bleeders instead?

Bought one of those cheap vacuum bleeders from Harbor Freight a few years back and it worked okay until the plastic handle snapped on the third use. Switched to a Motive pressure bleeder after that and it's been a different story. Used it on my old Civic and my buddy's F-150, still going strong with no leaks. I was skeptical about spending the extra cash but it was worth it for the reliability alone.
