Hit 200,000 miles on my 2003 Tacoma last week - still torn on whether to rebuild it or finally let go

I rolled over 200k last Tuesday and that truck still runs like a champ with just basic maintenance. But now I'm wondering, do I dump $3k into a new engine and transmission, or is it time to find something newer? What's your cutoff point for keeping an old beater on the road?
