Shoutout to the guy who used a spoon to adjust my bike derailleur

Last Tuesday I was out on a delivery in Akron and my chain started skipping gears bad. I pulled into a gas station lot to mess with it but I had no tools on me. This older guy in a pickup rolls down his window and says hold on, I got something. He hands me a bent spoon from his glovebox and says use the handle as a mini pry bar. I loosened the bolt with a nickel from my pocket and tapped the derailleur hanger straight with the spoon handle. Worked perfectly for the rest of my route. Has anyone else ever used random silverware for bike repairs on the fly?

My bike repair kit is just a drawer full of stolen spoons at this point.
