Tried cooking bacon in the oven instead of a pan and now my smoke alarm doesn't go off
I was always a pan person until I read that you can bake bacon at 400 degrees on a sheet tray, so I tried it and it came out perfectly crispy without me having to babysit it, has anyone else made the switch and found it works better?

Nah, pan frying gives you better control over the grease and crispness.

Oh man, a friend of mine swore by pan frying until her smoke alarm went off at 6am and woke up her whole building. She switched to the oven method and now she's all about it, @grace_fox3. I figure it's worth a try if you want less mess and no screaming alarms.
