My phone repair kit from 2015 is now a museum piece

I cracked open my old iFixit kit last week to swap a battery and realized the screwdriver bits don't even fit modern phones anymore. Learn from me if you're hoarding tools like I did, have you had to update your gear too?

My buddy tried to fix his laptop with a 2013 kit and stripped three screws before giving up. He said the bits were wiggling around like they had arthritis. Now he just buys a new device every time something breaks.

A decent screwdriver set costs less than one new laptop.
