Am I the only one who had a nightmare week flipping phones on Facebook?

Last Wednesday I grabbed three iPhone 11s at a pawn shop for $120 each, thought I was set. But every single one had an iCloud lock I didn't catch (rookie move, I know). Took me 4 days and $40 in parts to realize one had a bad charging port too. Has anyone else had a streak of bad luck like that where you just wanted to quit for a week?

Just a heads up, a voltage tester won't tell you if a charging port is bad you'd want a multimeter and a flashlight to check for bent pins or corrosion. Have you tried the simple trick of blowing canned air into the port before buying next time?

Oh man, that "rookie move, I know" part hit me right in the gut. I got burned the same way with a bunch of Galaxy phones once, had to spend a whole weekend just wiping and reflashing them. Best advice I can give is buy a cheap voltage tester for the charging ports before you even turn the thing on, saves so much headache.
