Vent: Hotel housekeeper at the Holiday Inn in Dayton taught me a swan fold after I made a mess of their towels

I was at a family reunion thing last month and tried to be helpful by folding the extra bath towels in my room. Ended up making a total mess of them, looked like a crumpled bird. This older housekeeper saw me struggling and she showed me this simple swan fold in like 2 minutes. Now I'm kinda annoyed that I've been folding towels like a caveman for 38 years. Has anyone else had a random stranger fix their folding technique?

My aunt was a housekeeper for years and she tried to teach me the swan fold once... I looked like I was wrestling a goose. It's funny how the little things stick with you, helping hands from strangers like that.
