I found a sealed box of 1990s Trading Cards in my attic...

Should I crack them open for nostalgia or hold onto them in case they're worth something someday? Opened a corner of the box and saw a holographic Charizard peeking out... what would you do with something like that?

Opened a corner of the box and saw a holographic Charizard" - STOP. I used to be all about "hold forever it'll be worth millions" but honestly? That card got me. I'd crack it open carefully and enjoy the heck out of it.

Gently correct one thing real quick: that holographic Charizard from a 1990s box is probably not the 1999 Base Set one people think of when they hear "Charizard." Most likely it's from a later reprint set like Legendary Collection or a movie promo, which are cool but not the same level of rare. I'd still carefully open it and see what you actually have, but manage your expectations on the value. Take this with a grain of salt, but check the exact set name on the box before you get too excited about a big payday.
