My lawyer pushed me to apply for SSDI too early and it messed up my case
Last January my lawyer said I should file right away even though my condition was still changing. I listened and got denied in 3 months flat. Then I had to wait a full year to reapply with better medical records. Has anyone else had a lawyer rush them into filing before their evidence was solid?

Ngl your lawyer should've just told you to wait a year for free instead of taking your money early.
