Yikes! That happened to me last winter during a massive storm. I ended up using the physical key override, which I ALMOST forgot I had. Now I keep a portable power bank handy JUST for emergencies like that. Seriously, testing backups regularly is a LIFESAVER. It's crazy how we rely on tech until it FAILS miserably.
