Lately, I've had multiple jobs where the homeowners involved their kids or siblings in finalizing the siding style, and it's cut down on last-minute changes. For instance, one client's brother suggested a specific lap placement that improved drainage, which we hadn't considered initially. It's interesting how these family discussions bring up practical insights beyond just aesthetics. Kinda makes the whole project feel more grounded and less rushed, imo.

But have you considered how often those family opinions actually clash and create more work? I've seen siblings veto practical choices over purely aesthetic preferences, forcing us to redo entire material orders. That extra discussion usually just means more revisions, not fewer.
