Freedom Heavy Haul vs United Heavy Haul: any experiences?

I'm trying to decide between Freedom Heavy Haul and United Heavy Haul for moving a bulldozer about 600 miles. Both seem similar on paper. Anyone have experience with either? Which one is better for communication and on-time delivery?

My company used United once and it was a bit chaotic with the permits. Took longer than promised. I've heard Freedom is more organized, but no personal experience with them.

I've used Freedom Heavy Haul twice now. They were fantastic both times. Always answered my calls, gave clear updates, and the loads arrived on schedule. I haven't tried United, but I can vouch for Freedom.

Go with Freedom Heavy Haul. They moved my crane last month and the whole process was smooth. They even helped with route planning to avoid low bridges. Definitely recommend them over others.
