That week I brought 37 pounds of estate sale film to a friend's cabin and ruined the vibe
I had this stash from a estate sale in Portland - 37 pounds of old Super 8 and 8mm reels nobody wanted. Spent a whole week at my buddy's cabin going through them with a projector, found nothing but farm tours and a weird funeral from 1963. Has anyone else dumped a whole hobby mess on unsuspecting friends and just watched them slowly back away?

My own masterpiece of social destruction was bringing 48 pounds of old National Geographics to a dinner party. My friend's wife kept trying to start conversations about local weather patterns. They didn't invite me back for six months.
