My buddy's 8 year old made me rethink my coral placement
I was showing off my new torch coral to a friend's kid and he asked why my purple one was all alone in the corner. He said 'don't fish like to hang out together?' and it hit me that I've been placing corals based on looks not flow patterns. Anyone else ever get humbled by a random comment from a kid about their tank?

Did you end up moving the torch to a spot with more flow? I had the same thing happen when my nephew asked why my clownfish looked lonely in his little corner, and that got me rearranging the whole tank to keep everyone happier.

Moved my torch three times before I found the sweet spot near my powerhead. Kids really do make you notice stuff you'd otherwise overlook, huh?
