That reboot didn't need to change the theme song

I was sitting on my couch Tuesday night watching the new Frasier reboot on Paramount Plus and when that new theme song kicked in I actually yelled at the TV. The old one had that jazzy saxophone feel that set the whole mood for the show. This new version sounds like generic elevator music with a keyboard. My wife asked if I was okay and I said no, not really. Am I the only one who thinks messing with the original theme is a dealbreaker for a revival?

It's like when they change the coffee blend at your local diner, just feels wrong.

Just mute the first 30 seconds and hit play when the dialogue starts. That's what I did when they butchered the Twin Peaks return theme. Also check if your streaming app has a "skip intro" button, some of them let you bypass it entirely until enough people complain and they swap it back. Worked for me on a few Hulu revivals.
