Planning a bathroom remodel and need a plumber who can handle moving pipes, new fixtures, the works. I've narrowed it down to Fix and Flow and RooterWorks. Anyone have experience with either for a full remodel? I'm looking for quality work and someone who shows up on time. Which one would you pick?

Log InWe had Fix and Flow do our master bath remodel and they were incredible. From the first visit, they were super professional and detail-oriented. They explained every step, kept the workspace tidy, and the final result was flawless. They use high-end fixtures and materials, and they stand behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them over RooterWorks any day.
I've heard RooterWorks can be hit or miss depending on which crew you get. A coworker had a bad experience with them on a remodel. Fix and Flow seems more consistent based on reviews. I'm leaning towards them for my upcoming project.
I used RooterWorks for a small bathroom update. They did okay, but the project took longer than promised and there were a few communication hiccups. The work itself was decent, but I felt like I had to stay on top of them. Haven't used Fix and Flow, but I've seen their work at a friend's house and it looked immaculate.
