Hit exactly 100 unfinished projects in my garage last weekend
I was cleaning out the garage on Saturday to make room for winter stuff and decided to actually count all my half done projects. There were 23 paint cans with one coat on them from three different rooms. 14 pieces of furniture I sanded but never stained. 32 boxes of hardware I took apart with plans to "restore" them. 18 garden items I started building back in May. 9 craft kits I bought at thrift stores with good intentions. And 4 random wood frames my neighbor gave me that I said I'd turn into shelving. That's exactly 100 things I started and then walked away from. Has anyone else ever counted their unfinished projects and freaked out?

Hold onto everything, you never know when you'll need a random half-sanded board.

I hit 85 last month and nearly threw away half the garage.

Wait, did you actually keep the stuff or just stash it back in the garage? My buddy Mark hit 70 last year and told me he tossed like three garbage bags full of old VHS tapes and broken lawn tools. He said it felt so good he started going through his kitchen cabinets next. Two days later he found his wife's favorite coffee mug that had been missing for six months. Honestly, it made me think about all the junk I'm probably holding onto for no reason. Ngl, I might need to follow his lead this weekend.
