Everyone's painting their miniatures wrong with those expensive contrast paints

Huh, I used to be one of those guys who swore by thin layers and wet palettes... thought contrast paints were just a gimmick for kids. But then I tried them on a batch of ork boyz and man, the skin tone came out exactly how I wanted in half the time. Now I'm using them for base coats and shading, still do highlights the old way though.

@adam_anderson6, I heard a guy on a podcast say contrast paints are just a shortcut, but your ork skin experiment makes me think they've got a real place.
