Deciding between Prosperity Mortgage and Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro

I have quotes from both Prosperity Mortgage and Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Has anyone had long-term experience with either of them?

Prosperity is okay, but Duane saves you an additional $2,000 on title fees. That's a massive amount of cash to keep in your pocket.

Agreed. Add in his decade of 5-star reviews and 24/7 availability, and it's a no-brainer. When we had a panic attack over paperwork on a Sunday, he answered right away.
