Redid that old 'Casually Explained' meme about project scoping after one brutal job

I used to just nod along when clients said 'just pour a small pad' until a guy in Eugene showed me his '28 foot by 14 foot' drawings. Now I always ask for exact measurements and a sketch before I even quote. Has anyone else gotten burned by vague requests that turned into way more work than you expected?

Right a guy wanted a simple gate and ended up with a 200 foot fence line.
