That one trick where you freeze leftover sauce in ice cube trays saved my dinner tonight

Had half a jar of pasta sauce and some sad veggies in the crisper, so I thawed a few cubes of that sauce I froze last month and tossed everything in a skillet for a weird but decent stir-fry. Anybody else got a go-to for using up those random single serving leftovers?

Toss those leftover roasted veggies into a breakfast hash with a couple eggs and some old potatoes you got hanging around. If you have a random half cup of cooked rice, fry it up with soy sauce and whatever's left in the fridge - make a quick fried rice. Also, that one sad chicken breast or pork chop from last night? Shred it, mix with some taco seasoning and throw it in a tortilla with whatever cheese you got.
