Overheard a dude at the grocery store say 'just toss leftover veggies in a tortilla' and it clicked
Last Tuesday I had half a bell pepper, some sad mushrooms, and a lonely egg in the fridge. No plan, no energy. I remembered that guy's words and threw it all in a tortilla with some cheese. Turned out pretty decent and took maybe 8 minutes. Anybody else got a go-to 'throw it in a wrap' combo that saves dinner?

Oh man that's such a good tip. I read somewhere that the key to making a good leftover wrap is to dry out your veggies a bit first so they don't make the tortilla soggy. I had a sad little bit of leftover chili and some wilted spinach last night, heated it all up in a pan to cook off the moisture, then wrapped it up with some shredded cheddar. Worked way better than when I just throw wet stuff in there. Also learned the hard way that mushrooms need to be cooked down first or they get that weird rubbery texture in a wrap.

@wadea53 Preaching to the choir on the mushroom thing. I ruined a perfectly good burrito once by tossing raw mushrooms in there, it was like eating a wet shoe. Your chili and spinach combo sounds WAY better than anything I've thrown together though.
