Microwave exploded my egg last night - new rule unlocked
I was at my cousin's apartment in Austin around 10 PM with zero food except a single egg and some hot sauce. Figured I'd nuke the egg for 30 seconds for a quick snack. Big mistake. The thing blew up inside the microwave and I had to scrub egg chunks off the ceiling for 20 minutes. Now I always poke a hole in the yolk with a fork before microwaving any egg. Has anyone else learned a kitchen lesson the hard way like that?

Nah the fork trick felt like overkill tbh. Just went for it and it turned out fine. Sometimes overthinking stuff makes it harder than it needs to be.
